  • 8 slices of thick-sliced wheat bread (or your favorite baker bread)
  • 8 pocket-size leaves of leafy green and/or red lettuce (or await for a parcel labeled "Artisan Lettuces"), make clean, dry, and cutting downwards to the size of the bread
  • About 3 (1 ½ pounds) ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick

Instructions

  1. Broil the salary: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a rack on height of a foil-lined rimmed baking canvass.
